Grand Hotel Adghir

i have called the hotel to check on my reservation now, and the Receptionist said that he can't help and i have to call tomorrow, what a first impression, the management have to correct the attitude of their staff, even when i asked about his name he refuse to provide me with his name and hang up the phone

We had booked another hotel via our turism agent normally, but when we arrive Algers the agent informend us this hotel change. The location is at the seaside but the worst seaside city I have ever seen in the world is this area.. Old houses, new bad quailty constructions... The rooms are like a joke and you will see anoher joke in the breakfast, they are serving cofffea and two sugar added bread type thing....so crowded with local workers and people....

Normally I had a booking at Mercure hotel but once arrived there were no Available room so I had to move to Adghir , I used to stay there but last night in my staying I found a rats in my room so I decided it will be the last time in this hotel Well located but property is not there and rats in addition

trop cher pour ce qu'on a reçu. Le petit déjeuner est trés simple. Nous avons réserve 2 chambres, et tous les deux était démode. Les prises d'électricitée ne sont pas fixé dans la murs. Wifi seulement à la reception. J'étais bloque pour 10 minutes dans l'élévateur avec mes 2 enfants. L' alarme ne marche pas ni la lumière. Une experiance affreux et sans excuses du personnel.

According to the Hotel website, there is internet in the room. but actually there isn't. The first day they told me you can use internet in the main hall next to the reception & tomorrow we will repair it in the floor , one week passed but their tomorrow not come . I tried to use internet in the reception floor & yes I succeed twice in one week. I was in Business trip & internet is necessary for me. I have to be in daily contact with my office. I used the staircase two times to go to the 3rd floor because elevator wasn't working. During the breakfast, One day there were no napkins on the table & when i asked the staff, He answered, it finished. Even didn't say sorry. Simply, the services is not good & the staff don't give the necessary atention to their guest

The hotel staff seemed non cooperative maybe due to language problem. French or Arabic are widely spoken. People hardly speak or understand English

I booked this hotel for on night and I had a voucher and a reservation confirmation. However when I went to the hotel I met a crowd of 30 people in front of reception desk and I waited about an hour to talk to the receptionist who were very unfriendly and rude. I showed him my printed voucher and confirmation and after 15 minutes checking his computer, he said you do not have any reservation and the hotel is fully booked. After half of an hour of arguments they refused to give me a room and they were very rude and unsupportive, telling me go and phone your booking agency. I had to find alternative accommodation which was difficult in rain and cold weather. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, IT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, NO RESPECT for RESERVATION OR PRIOR BOOKING BUNCH OF RUDE AND UNCIVILISED STAFF

Internet: Pas d'accès, Faible débit. Navette aéroport : pas toujours, attente longue. Préférer Taxis à 7 Euros. Bar inexistant (alcool interdit partout). Pas de restaurant. Chambre confortable. Service: aucun

For its quality it is expensive dont reply on breakfast there , there are many coffee shop near Location is in Fort de l eau nice place with some bars and near thr beach Tramway is avilable there for your transportation to algiers center Goodluck

Le seul défaut est que le WIFI n’existe pas dans les chambres ! il faut descendre au hall d'entré à côté de la réception pour capter le WIFI.
