The walkway with bamboo trees was beautiful Very friendly staff Excellent air conditioning in bedroom/living areas

Mould in bathroom- we bought a bleach spray on the first day as our room was non refundable

Facilities and Staff were great, had a lot of fun and felt at home.

Cockroaches, think cos of the storm and the living/kitchen area had the smell of smoke and didn't feel very clean.

limited utensils in the kitchen (not even a tea towel) - bathroom nor clean - we didn’t enjoy the breakfast provided (coffee awful) - water in pool way too low

This property is in desperate need of renovation. The staff was great. The villa needs major work, especially the bathroom. Additionally, what I thought was a horribly stained toilet seat, actually turned out to be poorly cleaned. I was able to remove the stains and other debris from the toilet myself, after purchasing my own cleaning products. The smell that comes from the sewage system through the toilet and shower is unbearable. There were also Palmetto bugs that would come from behind the toilet, multiple at a time. The bed was very clean and comfortable. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful villa, lovely pool, attentive staff, great daily breakfasts, great air con, spacious villa for our family, 2 min walk to 3 Coins - a great Cafe- and beautiful laundry ladies.

Only a 15 min walk into shopping strip but we took taxis because in those hot days, 15 mins felt like a long time. Taxi was only about $1.70AUD

Dirty toilet, poor shower water pressure, no hot water in basin.poorly lit mirror. When tak8ng shower water pressure suddenly dies

No brochures in the room and the room was a little run down
