Sauber und gute lage

Wir haben an 4 verschiedenen Tagen gefragt ob man bitte die Dampfsauna anschalten könnte, 4 mal wurde gesagt klar kein Problem. Jedoch blieb sie nach mehrmals nachfragen einfach aus, check ich nicht warum man mit Spa wirbt, wenn die nicht angeschaltet wird. Auf Anfrage auf einen Nachlass des Preises an der Rezeption hiess es nur: "können wir nix machen sorry!" Fand ich schon extrem frech wenn die Sauna nicht funktioniert den vollen Preis zu verlangen.

Top Lage

Preis für Schweinswienerschnitzel mit Petersilie Kartoffeln für €35,-- im Restaurant ist extrem teuer. Keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, für 4**** sollte das schon sein! War extrem warm im Zimmer.
