Best Western Plus Lozenetz Hotel

The location is convenient, aproximativ 20 min from the city center, and private parking is available for 10 eur. The reception staff was professional and responsive when we reported the issue with our room.

The cleanliness was below what we expected from a 4 star hotel, our 1st room 401 had long black hairs on the floor, we found a used napkin with blood stains under the pillow and a large spider on our kid bed. We asked to change our room, but even after changing the room, we got a duvet with blood stain, although it was replaced immediately. The bed table was sticky, with clean stains from the cupa. In the room it was very hot due to lack of air conditioning. Our room was facing the street and it was very noisy, due to the traffic on that street.

Parcarea subterana sub orice critica.Am parcat la nr.1,pentru scoate masina de acolo am facut 100 de manevre ca sa nu o lovim si am mai si plătit 10 euro ptr asta. Hotelul inconjurat de blocuri fantoma,cu buruieni de 1 m la scara.Nu recomand nici zona,nici orasul si nici hotelul!

De ligging

Kamers niet goed geïsoleerd: je hoort er al snel lawaai van de gang en van naburige kamers. Bedden niet zo comfortabel. Hygiëne kan beter.

Разположението на хотела е в близост до националния стадион в София и въпреки това е на тихо и удобно място. Персонала изключително любезен и услужлив, закуската е много добра, чистичко и уютно. Хотела раполага със закрит и охраняем платен паркинг, което е много голямо удобство предвид трудността да си намериш място за паркиране на автомобила.

Няма нещо,което не ми хареса. Всичко беше на ниво и отлично.
