As a Banquet Manager at a luxury hotel in South Florida, I have exceptionally high standards for service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. My week-long stay at [Jaz New saraya] didn't just meet those standards; it profoundly exceeded them. This was, without a doubt, one of the most impressive hotel experiences I've had, thanks primarily to the outstanding Reception team. From the moment I arrived, I was treated not just as a guest, but as a colleague and a friend. I would like to extend my highest praise to four individuals who represent the very best of your hotel: · Ahmed Adel, Hamada, and Mohamed Fawzy Ahmed Farouk at the Front Desk: This team operates with a seamless synergy and a commitment to excellence that is truly rare. Their professionalism is matched only by their warmth and personal touch. Every interaction, whether in person or over the phone, was handled with efficiency, a smile, and a genuine desire to help. They anticipated needs I hadn't even voiced yet and provided recommendations that were perfectly tailored. This is performance "above and beyond" in the truest sense. They are a phenomenal asset to your front-of-house operation. The consistency and quality of service from this team set the tone for my entire stay. It is clear that [Jaz New Saraya] invests in hiring and training remarkable talent, and it shows. Beyond the stellar front desk, the property was immaculate, my room was consistently well-appointed and comfortable, and the amenities were top-tier. I will not only be recommending this Hotel to all my colleagues and clients but will absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. This is how luxury hospitality is done. The staff couldn’t handle the crowd , they were totally unfriendly and stressed specially life guard at aqua park were unwelcoming and we have to wait one hour to be served with loungers with unaccepted attitude . Only one receptionist and one of the house keeping staff were helpful All facilities like aqua and beach are far away from the rooms No parking slots were available at 1st day and i been told to wait to 7 pm till one of the staff (who was parking his car in parking area designed for guests) to leave the hotel after his working hours. Night activities and entertainment were very poor

The staff there is really friendly and helpful starting with the reception, the animation team and the bar and restaurant staff , the rooms are spacious and good for families It's a quiet hotel

The pools are a little bit small and the hotel is far from the beach
