Amazing property, hotel firs class. Staff were so friendly and professional, Specially i would like to Thanks Mrs Lamia the concierge , the drindly driver Mr Jamaah and the restaurants staff and Mr Aissam in person. We will see you in the close future soon

They had flies and insects in the room. We left our room one day earlier and requested for the refund. They did not give us and said they will give us credit towards next stay within six months. How does it possible to use that credit if we are not going back to that same hotel and flying to Morocco from USA again. I should be refunded

El hotel es ideal con todas las comodidades de un hotel de lujo. Las habitaciones eran enormes y tematizadas. Hay varias piscinas, spa, cine. Todo merecía una foto. El staff es maravilloso siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

La habitación estaba literalmente llena de hormigas en todo momento. La cama y las almohadas eran horribles, no propias de un hotel de esas características. Desayuno insuficiente para las características del hotel. Ubicación horrible, todos los días tuvimos que pagar transporte privado, el hotel tiene muy pocas horas de transporte gratuito

This hotel is stunning. :) Amaizing garden with palmtrees, clean pool, interior desing is perfect :) the stuff is so helpful and kind. The foods are tastey and fresh. Our room had been cleaning every day. So we had a great time there. Lokation is good, because the medina is 15minutes by car. Well I heartily recommend it.

Le cadre magnifique, l’intimité, le calme, la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que leurs intentions particulières. L’espace SPA est aussi un atout non négligeable, contribuant à notre bien-être et détente. La restauration est aussi excellente, pour tout les goûts et envies, du petit déjeuner jusqu’au dîner. Notre voyage de noces fut réussi et restera gravé dans nos mémoires.

We had an amazing family stay in a villa with a private pool. The property was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the breakfast was excellent. Most of our days were spent at the third pool with our children, enjoying the sunshine and the outstanding service. A special thanks to Ahmed, who looked after us throughout our stay. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and refreshing smoothies made every day even more enjoyable. Ahmed’s attention to detail and friendly attitude truly enhanced our experience. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.
