Very clean hotel, I was greeted with excellence by the hotel manager, Peter Pan, yes! he was very courteous and professional, this hotel was the highlight of our business trip trough China. The breakfast food selection is very good. The room was very clean, a truly non smoking room.

Good hotel in general terms but the room was not smoking and also the floor, but it was a huge smell of cigars in the room.

This hotel is wonderful! The rooms are amazing and the staff are so kind and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable with a large bed and room to move around. The bathroom is fabulous with a shower and seperate bathtub. We wanted to connect our computer to the television and the hotel staff found the cable we needed and set it up. Every time we asked for anything, the staff were ready and willing. If I had to speak of anything that could be improved, it would be this; we loved the hotel so much we decided to stay another night. I had to book through an online travel agent again in order to get a discount. I would suggest if you have a customer already in your hotel, who wants to stay longer, don't make them jump through hoops to get the best rate. We also enjoyed the food here. We chose the rate which included breakfast each morning, and it was most definitely worth it, with a great variety. Two of the nights we also enjoyed the dinner buffet which was delicious. They had a good mix of western and chinese food. All in all, we did not want to leave and are very much looking forward to returning some day.

Large rooms and bathrooms. Friendly service with accommodating staff. A lot of choices for breakfast. Late night room service was good too. Did not have time to walk the grounds but seems a little far from any shopping or sights.

It was a business trip for the first time to Ningbo. The hotel is good, tidy and service is excellent. For non Chinese the breakfast menu is limited. The hotel in new area very far from the malls and city center. Wifi is free but the signal is not good. The stuff is friendly.

its a very well priced 5 star hotel. the rooms are big and cosy. the toilet is fabulous. the breakfast is awesome and the price is unbelievable.

The hotel is just amazing, very clean and awesome views.... You will have a very comfortable room with international tv in English, French, Chinese and German, you can enjoy a free minibar (only sodas and beers) and I liked it... The room service is a little expensive but the food is very good so it's fine. The only bad thing: there's nothing to do around the hotel, if you want to drink, eat or buy something you must take a taxi because everything is extremely far from the hotel. That's why I gave it a 3 star review.

Hotel Howard Johnson IFC Plaza is situated directly at the Ningbo exhibition centre. The hotel opened in 2012 and just over 200 rooms. The rooms are spacious with 39 m2. They are modern furnished. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is nice, fitted with shower cabin and bath tub. The Internet signal was weak and the connection slow which is a nuisance for a business hotel. English TV channels are available, in addition a DVD ins placed in the room and free films abvailable at the reception. Two chocolate bars and three soft drinks that are in the minibar are complimentary. The breakfast buffet is generously garnished. The evening buffet was offering a great choice, but according to my taste the food was bland. The resupply of missing items was not done in time. In the price of the buffet free flow of beer and soft drinks was included. Most of the hotel employees speak English and are helpful. Check-in and Check-out was swift. The hotel stands in an Office District. Shops and restaurants are sparse in this location. The journey of 25 kms journey to Lhise Airport takes between 45-60 minutes and costs RMB 100.-.

Tha time I am coming to your Hotel I always satisfied, especially the rooms and the personal with excellent friendlyness and caring the guests. Unfortunately I was very surprized that during my customer talk at the last evening of my last stayment in the VIP-room 1st floor I have had to state that our favorized drinks like beer and some famous drinks were not available or just empty. before 10:30 p. m. This Situation will not touch my coming back but it Shows that there is a small downer in your organisation of the volume of your offers.
