Banyan Tree Lang Co

After a three-week tour of Vietnam, we were looking for the perfect place to rest and recharge. We chose the Banyan Tree Lăng Cô, and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. We spent seven wonderful nights here, and it was pure paradise. The Location & Facilities The resort is situated in a truly spectacular location right on a beautiful, pristine beach. The water is incredibly clear, making it perfect for swimming. The resort offers a fantastic range of activities, including relaxing yoga sessions with inspiring teacher Kumari, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Hospitality & Service The service at Banyan Tree is world-class. A special shout-out to **Jenni and Jade**—they provided exceptional hospitality and support throughout our stay. They were always available, attentive, and incredibly helpful. In fact, the entire staff was warm, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring we had a perfect holiday. Dining Experience The breakfast spread was incredible, featuring a massive variety of options. I particularly loved the juice and egg station; I made my own fresh juice every single day! I also want to thank Nho for assisting me with my custom requests at the station. The dining variety throughout the resort was excellent: * The Thai Restaurant: Offered delicious food paired with a great view. * The Vietnamese & Italian Restaurants: Both provided high-quality meals. * The Sushi Restaurant: Definitely worth a visit! Final Thoughts We felt completely relaxed and cared for from start to finish. You really have to experience it for yourself to understand why it feels like a personal paradise. We are already looking forward to our next visit. I rarely write reviews, but what a joy it was to stay at this incredible property. The breathtaking mountains, the sea, and the exceptional service made our stay truly unforgettable. A special shout-out to Man, our excellent villa host, who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. My family and I left feeling completely relaxed and didn’t want to leave. We’ve already booked our next trip for 2027 and will be bringing my parents along this time — that’s how much we loved it!

Banyan Tree Lang Co sits in a beautiful location. The beach is clean and the water is warm, clear and very calm. The hotel offers a lot of things to do. I can recommend the ATV ride. There are three restaurants of which one offers Italian food - in case you grow tired of Asian food. Breakfast is excellent. One of the best - if not the best - I ever had. If you are in one of the villa's up hill you can request a buggy to transfer you from and to your villa. Overall, this works very well. House cleaning was done twice a day and you get fresh fruit, a food bath and other surprises throughout your stay. I appreciated the personal touch of the very welcoming staff.

For an expensive high end hotel I expected better coffee. Both in the apartment (they use 30 year old Philips Senseo tech) as well as at breakfast. You are best of to get a bag of filter coffee and just pour hot water on it - that will make you better coffee than anything the hotel has to offer. The restaurants as well as the massage are expensive and you can get a the same quality for a 4th or 5th of the price. I spent around $90 per person per day in total but this includes laundry every 3rd day as well. Although, nothing at the hotel disappoints (apart from the coffee) - you are paying a hefty price. I highly recommend to explore Lang Co, Da Nang and Hué and grab local food while you are there. Because of it's isolated location it does feel like your are living in a bubble.

Beautiful peaceful property. We had a lovely beach villa with a great view of the ocean. The resort felt very peaceful throughout and never crowded. Staff is super attentive, more so than in other 5 star hotels. We had a lovely villa host, Man, who helped us organise our bookings and went above and beyond. Dinner at Saffron was great, albeit a bit more expensive than elsewhere in Vietnam. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. We had lunch at the Italian restaurant by the beach which was lovely. Would definitely recommend this. We also had a very good spa treatment.

Sometimes there was a longer wait for the buggies to dinner. This is very minor, the restaurant has a dresscode, which is advertised everywhere. However, guests still showed up in shorts and men in open toe shoes. It would have been nice to have this enforced a bit more for the atmosphere

I can’t recommend this place enough. Everything was top-notch. We were given an excellent villa with beautiful mountain views(176), and it was spotless. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of options. The location is perfect, the staff are wonderful, (Jennie was amazing) and the prices are very reasonable.

This is Banyan Tree Lanco, who I visited on purpose during my trip to Da Nang. It was my first visit with high expectations, but I enjoyed it more leisurely and happily than I thought. My manager, who also speaks Korean, always cares about me and takes care of me, so I go with unforgettable emotions. I would like to visit again

I booked the Back Reviver massage, and it exceeded every expectation. The treatment was expertly crafted — targeting tension with a perfect balance of pressure and precision, leaving my back feeling completely renewed. Every knot, every ache, simply melted away. But what truly elevated this experience were the two remarkable therapists — Hailey and Man. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made all the difference. They were intuitive in their technique, clearly skilled in their craft, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. Their care felt personal, not routine — and that is a rare and wonderful thing. A very special, heartfelt thank you to Hailey and Man — you are true ambassadors of the Banyan Tree experience. Because of you, this wasn’t just a spa treatment; it was a memory I will carry with me long after leaving Lang Co. If you are visiting Banyan Tree Lang Co, do not miss the spa. We came with a party of 13. Overall experience was excellent. Great service, Great Food, Great Villa and views. Good Facilities. Can’t even think of anything negative to comment. All Staff were very friendly and attentive. Chef in all restaurants were so accommodating and ensured we got halal food and even cooked special halal dishes for us. I’m especially very happy with Mr Hieu, Jennie, Renato, Nho. First class service. We will be back!
