Banyan Tree Lang Co

I had the most amazing time at Banyan Tree. We stayed in one of the beach side villas and it was wonderful, the pool was incredible and the amentites were great. The atmosphere of both the hotel and the surrounding scenery was so peaceful and relaxing, which is exactly what we needed for our stay to really unwind and detach. The staff were all excpetionally kind and always ready for any requests. We had Tuan as our concierge during the trip and he was absolutely fantasitc, always readily available to help us with any request from booking a car for a day trip, to bringing fresh aloe vera to our friend who was sunburnt that day. I had an issue with my back and the staff took me to the on site clinic who were able to provide some medication for me and they followed up with me after which was incredibly kind of them. The room and personal pool was incredibly clean with fresh towels and beach towels every day, meeting my expectations for a resort of this calibre. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport which was very comfortable with wi-fi and water on board. All in all, if you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing vacation surrounded by beautiful scenery with impecible services, Banyan Tree is the place to be!

We had a wonderful time with all of the activities. Great Vietnamese cooking class! Our instructor was so fun and helpful. Rooms are great and the hospitality is top class.

We had a wonderful family trip this April and truly enjoyed our dining experience at Saffron Restaurant – Laguna Lăng Cô. The view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing meal. I was very happy with both the quality of the food and the excellent service from the staff — everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience! 🌿✨

Nho the head chef in the breakfast buffet is the best!! She made the mornings very special. What a great place.

When we arrived we were greeted by William, the hotel manager, where he committed that we’d have a wonderful stay. He and the team more than delivered on that promise. The staff at the restaurants, spa, beach and excursions were thoughtful and attentive. We were traveling as a couple for our anniversary and they looked after us at every turn and in particular worked to address any request even some of our more bespoke asks. The resort is beautiful and it has an intimate feel. The ocean is fabulous as was the private villa pool. We were steps from the beach and the sound of the waves in the evening was a special bonus. Well worth a visit.

Havde en meget ubehagelig episode med en ansat på cocktail baren, der havde et attitude problem. Jeg sagde at jeg havde brug for 2 minutter mere til at kigge på menuen før jeg bestille. Han kom tilbage og modtog bestillingen uden at kigge på os og virkede flabet. Da han kom tilbage med drikkevarerne kiggede han mig direkte i øjnene og sagde at jeg virkede meget ulykkelig i dag, og om jeg havde et problem. Ret voldsom episode man ikke ville forvente af et resort af den standard. Da vi klagede over oplevelsen var folk gode til at undskylde, men det var en lidt nærig kompensation at vi kun fik refundereret vores 2 happy hour drinks, når hele vores aften blev ødelagt. Det havde været på sin plads at refunderer os for en hel overnatning, da denne episode ikke må ske, når man betaler så mange penge. Så forventer man også en vis standard. Har aldrig oplevet en så dårlig service oplevelse før og vi har efterhånden været en del forskellige steder.

I recently visited this Thai restaurant and had a great experience. The food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed the Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai—they were rich in taste and perfectly balanced.

Great experience at Laguna Lăng Cô, especially breakfast at Water Court. Friendly staff, diverse buffet, excellent service. Vietnamese coffee was amazing. Highly recommended!
