The room was clean, and the bed comfy. But there was no nightstand on one side of the bed, which meant there was no light there either. The towels were skimpy in quantity as well as in quality. There was no luggage rack and nowhere to put our large suitcase. We had to employ the use of the only chair in the room just to hold our suitcase. The TV channel numbers did not match the "menu" listed on the TV. Horrible location for trying to get in and out of the parking lot. Located on super noisy, heavily-trafficked street. Young woman at front desk was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. She deserved to work at a much nicer place than this one. Compared to other Quality Inns we've stayed at, this one was the worst.

Walked into our room and left within 2 minutes. Sketchy neighborhood, loud barking dogs, one vending machine that was out of order (so we didn't even have access to drinking water) and the room had a horrible smell. Room smelled like a mixture of bleach, urine and stale smoke. Very unfortunate that we couldn't get a refund. Complete waste of time and money.

My first night was a nightmarish experience. Given a room that was bugs infested and nothing could be done till the next day. So, I did not sleep, could not even sit because the bugs were everywhere even after the room was swept out, the bugs came back with a vengeance. The next day I finally got a different room but not until after 11:00 am needless to say that I did not get my money’s worth.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. Room was decent. Picked this hotel because it was close to the wedding venue. They required IDs on all guest upon check in. Stayed here before in the past and they didn't require that. Breakfast was ok. Seems to be a lot of long term residents staying at the location.
