Acudimos con motivo de un evento y no logramos aprovechar al máximo las instalaciones. El personal es sumamente amable y educado. Olvidamos algo después de hacer check-out, llamamos y lo resguardarin hasta nuestro regreso. Las pocas peticiones que tuvimos, fueron atendidas. El hotel no es ideal para necesidades de accesibilidad. La relación calidad precio del restaurante no me pareció adecuada. El hotel tiene una vista esoectacular e invita a la relajación. Definitivamente regresaría para arovechar las instalaciones.

Está a 15 min de Tepoztlán, pero vale la pena, tiene actividades como yoga en la mña, y las vistas e instalaciones son muy bonitas. El restaurante es promedio, nada especial.
