Hotel promised the back up generator during the storm. They lied. Power went out and we were in complete darkness. Generator had no oil/water and wasn’t even hooked up. I will never stay there again. This place is a rip off. They would not issue partial refund.

We liked the nice breakfast in the morning. The cookies in the evening were good. We only stayed one night for a wedding. It was very nice beds very comfortable. The girl that greeted us was very nice and helpful.

Well these ppl that work there at the desk late at night with little to no supervision around. Let me tell you something. They have an outstanding team. Right off the Back the rum is overbooked. The whole hotel is booked not a room left in there Vacant. Did the hostess start to work at magic just so happened she found room it was handicap. Assessable only made much much bigger room. It was well over what was expected. And the people were absolutely wonderful From the moment We walked in with no hopes whatsoever that we find a room , till that moment we checked was.
