Hygiene was minder, zag kleine vliegjes beneden bij de bar waar ik had gewerkt en kon niet goede locatie vinden om te werken waar airco was en niet gerookt werd

Lokacija je dobra

Osoblje totalno ignorira goste. Na doručku nemaju potrebe gostu se obratiti i pitati trebaš li bilo što. Na web-u nigdje informacija da welness ne radi ponedjeljkom. To smo dobili informaciju tek na prijavi u hotel. Informacija da od utorka do nedjelje rade od 9-20 h. Danas došli na bazen i sve zaključano i nigdje nikoga, da bismo dobili informaciju da bazen rade tek od 15 h. Znači 32 h nismo imali pristupa bazenu koji je bio razlog zašto smo i hotel rezervirali. Ni trunke želje da izađu u susret i kompenziraju takav propust niti su ponudili bilo kakav popust na usluge. Više me neće vidjeti kao gosta
