Room is very nice

we happened to be in Zagreb, it was midnight, we decided to spend the night and as usual we went to one Hilton where there was no room and then to another where the girl at the reception also told us that there was no room. we started looking through the booking where we could sleep and on the booking there were two rooms at the Double Tree by Hilton, where I immediately booked them and returned to the reception. the girl explained that they don't have a room, but that's how booking works, and since we made a reservation, she now has to give us two rooms with a mild apology and accusation that I was unpleasant. A really ugly experience, especially since it's the middle of the night and you didn't get the feeling of empathy that they would at least try because there are more Hilton hotels in Zagreb.

Great 5 star hotel with wonderful breakfast, swimming pool and fitness rooms. Hotel is located just outside of the city center, nicely in-between the airport and city center.
