Some wallpapers have been slighly detached, showers a bit scraped but it requires maintenance and it is a 5* hotel.

Το προσωπικό είναι εξαιρετικό, η καθαριότητα, και το ότι ακριβώς απέναντι υπήρχε στάση ΜΜΜ.

Χρεώνει 30€ την ημέρα για μια θέση πάρκιγκ το οποίο είναι ακραίο, υπήρξε χρέωση ύψους 150€ στην κάρτα μου ως εγγύηση της διαμονής πράγμα που συναντάω πρώτη φορά υποστηρίζοντας ότι είναι πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου ενώ έχω μείνει ξανά σε ξενοδοχείο της ίδιας αλυσίδας στην Κρακοβία και δεν υπήρχε κάτι παρόμοιο.

We had a king bed in an average size room which had a nice reclining sofa, a chair, a large desk with outlets, and multiple pillows on the bed. The bathroom had both a large tub and a shower.

Sve je bilo odlično, posebno bih pohvalio ljubaznost Karoline, koja radi u spa.

I booked this hotel because of the reviews but I’d say there are other hotels in Zagreb that are better located or more plush than this. It was handy for us to walk 10 mins from the bus station. Check in was very pleasant and warm cookies were distributed. The room was well appointed and the aircon did work well. First negative experience was the shower which was overflowing backwards towards the ceiling. So reported this to the front desk on our way back out. To be fair it was fixed by the time we came back. A bit of an inconvenience and you wouldn’t expect to have such maintenance issues in a one night stay. There were no robes in the room, apparently they have to be picked up at the spa. I’m using the term spa loosely, the desk is unmanned and there is a small (and very cold) pool which wasn’t enjoyable due to the temperature. The jacuzzi was void of any bubbles for all the time I was there until a member of staff appeared, asked if I wanted some and turned them on from a cupboard. We decided against breakfast, stored our luggage which wasn’t a problem and checked out. It is a solid place to stay, but there’s really no wow factor and I can’t understand the high ratings. I’d say the Canopy is nicer and in a better location.

Draga gospođa u spa centru.

Užasna dva tipa na recepciji. Blond recepcioner nije se ni sekunde potrudio da pomogne gostu, nego me je dodatno obeshrabrivao u teškoj situaciji. Naglasio bi i čudnu politiku Hilton double Tree rezervacija. Zvao sam ih na dan rezervacije i pokušao direktno rezervirati kao član Hilton honors kluba te je cijena kod njih bila 164, dok je preko Booking.com 140! Također Booking.com agent mi je popravio dan i pokazao kako se radi dobar posao u turizmu, gdje je čovijek ključ uspjeha! Čovijek na recepciji na prvom mjestu treba biti čovijek, pa onda pristojan, nasmijan te voljan pomoći gostima makar oni nešto falili ili da mu nisu po volji.
