Astoria Hotel

In short this hotel has a good balance in many respects. Decent size and facilities but still fairly personable with friendly staff. Modern but not so much as the price is inflated. Off the main road but still very walkable to beach, bus stop and some local restaurants. My only minor negative was that the breakfast was a little basic, but it was adequate nonetheless. I would stay there again.

This was our first time in skiathos and we booked this hotel after seeing loads of positive reviews and we weren't disappointed. The hotel is lovely and across the road from the gorgeousTroulos beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating and we will definitely be making a return visit. The only negatives were a hard mattress and a noisy fridge! But these didn't detract from what was a truly lovely holiday.

Nice small and friendly hotel. Good amenities, nice bar, friendly staff. Only 1 irritant, the shower was more like a dribble.

We arrived to the island way before the check in time. The owner of the hotel was nice enough to provide us breakfast and also to let us go in our room before the check in time (Once that the rooms were available, of course). Overall, the location is convenience -near to the beaches, not the town-, the pool area was nice and the rooms were clean and ok.
