DO NOT STAY HERE. The owners are terrible with customers. And the advert is a lie. They is no gym, no pool, no spa, no snooker table, no dart bored, air is charged at £10 a night. This hotel is in disrepair. The hotel next door which I believe they own is closed, has no windows. I was suppose to be there a week. I started the process of leaving after a couple of hours. The room had a smell from the bathroom, the shower door didnt work, the sink wasnt attach to the wall, wires hanging out of the walls, broken handles, bed rock hard, no air con, a balcony chair broken, the room next door had no windows, and the staff are rude as hell. Please please please…… do not stay here until they have major investment and also new management and updated what facilities they have.

One star might seem harsh but the only true positives I can think of are potentials. The hotel is tired and dated, unclean (vomit in public toilet, no rubbish bins in rooms, you have to clean your own room if you want it done properly) and only one member of staff seems to give a damn. Herded like cattle from 3 hotels for a very poor breakfast with inadequate seating for the numbers. We went in April as we are not young and wanted a quiet break so to have a dimwitted 90s reject who looked like something out of a budget horror film blaring out music and sports programmes til the early hours was simply not acceptable. We found some lovely local places to eat (Zorros and Molas were perfect) and as we NEVER ate at the hotel this clown decided to chastise and mock us. He is lucky that he is still able to blow that pathetic whistle. The WORST thing (as an animal lover) that I can mention is that we had a wonderful surprise when a cat gave birth to a litter of kittens in the cleaning cupboard on our floor. However some ****s complained about the meowing and the whole lot were taken to the cats home (hopefully). How could ANYBODY do such a thing? It is such a shame as the location is great, no real pool but a beach just yards away, and really comfy beds. New management may be able to make this an ideal place to stay but currently we will NOT be staying here again.

I'll start with the positives..... Location - just a couple of minutes walk from kleopatra beach & the cable car station up to the castle The Tunisian guy in the baseball cap is very friendly That's about it for the positives. Now for the negatives......... Noise - beyond loud, it was just the start of the season so very quiet however the guy in the bar in the braces & bandana thinks he doing a permanent DJ set on Ibiza......if that set consisted of the same dire songs played repeatedly at full volume. If your room like ours overlooked the street you cannot escape the noise so we ate out elsewhere to avoid it. You can also hear conversations from the next room when your in the bathroom Cleanliness - when we arrived there was rubbish & a used razor in the bathroom. Cleanliness did improve slightly as our stay progressed. Generally shabby & dated overall Food - very basic breakfast, hard boiled eggs, bread & salad. No fruit juice. 3 hotels worth if guests all eat in the same place so it gets busy. Other thoughts......the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend sunway Hotel & mola a few doors down for food & drink. Both reasonable. We didn't eat at bebek as the noise put us off. Zorro bar round the corner is fantastic. Great friendly, family run bar. No parking at bebek, parking on the road nearby is quite cheap. They put a ticket on your car & you pay the parking attendant who sits under a tree opposite the theatre We love Alanya, this was our second visit, we would not stay here again

Otel idare eder şekilde ancak resepsiyon yok istediğiniz gibi girip çıkıyorsunuz kontrol yok kapıda. Eşyalar çok eski ancak fiyat performans uygun sayılır. Ama KOKU ÇOK KÖTÜ bir şiddetle var. odadan çıkarken banyonun kapısın açık unutursanız en az 2 3 saat kapı pencere havalandırmanız gerekiyor ki koku çıksın. Ek olarak terlik olmaması can sıkıcı. kahvaltı fiyat performans olarak iyidi.

Charges extra for aircondition. Old and dirty hotell, floor is sticky and halls smell like cat pee. Toilet brush looks to be 15 years old. But at the low price at 15 euro a night, I didn't complain. Wi-fi signal was also bad. Owner seems to don't care too much.

If you are looking for a nice, modern and fresh hotel, this is not it. However if you are not fussed and just need a place to sleep this is the hotel for you. The are only two positive things I can say about this hotel- 1- the location. It is in close proximity to everything both beach and shopping. 2- the staff is nice ( some more than others) Breakfast is beyond bad and often you get eggs that are not boiled properly or reheated from the day before. Same thing every day. Rooms are dated and in desperate need of a make over. I´ve stayed in hostels that keep higher standard than this. Balcony door wouldn´t close properly and the AC (which we paid quite a lot for) didn´t work as it should and sounded like it needed to be repaired . The stench from the bathroom indicated that the plumbing was not up to par either. This could potentially become a really nice hotel if given a total refurbishment.

Very very bad hotel, all room was dirty, no towels, no toilet paper, receptionist not kind at all. Please avoid. I'm travelling to Turkey every year, I been staying in different hotels, but I never saw what I had in this hotel. Avoid!
