Obsługa bardzo przyjazna i pomocna. Pokoje w sam raz :) Śniadane mogłoby być bardziej urozmaicone no jakimś dobrym razowym pieczywem i sałatkami/owocami:)

Our room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Easy regulation of the AC, which was also nicely quiet and efficient. Lots of different light options in the room. Hotel staff were very friendly and they offer a happy hour with hot chocolate for kids, our daughter loved this small detail. Breakfast was also nice and with sufficient variety. For restaurants in the evening, there is lots of choice within 10-15 min walk.

There was just one big blanket on the double bed (instead of two smaller ones, which we would have preferred). There was just one door for the bathroom and toilet space within it, which had to be used interchangeably. Not the most comfortable design, an additional door for the toilet space would have been much better. This was of course still manageable, but just sharing a personal preference in this regard.

Perfect overnight stay with family. Lovely friendly staff could not do enough to help us. Great clean rooms with comfy beds and good AC and an interconnecting room for the family. Lovely breakfast and parking underneath. Excellent location within 10/15 minutes walk from the town and castle. Not far from the M4. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Location great, easy walking distance to centre of Windsor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Reception area, open and spacious and very clean. Outside courtyard for drinks on sunny day. Rooms excellent, very clean and have thought of everything you require. Easy to park in underground parking spaces for £15.00 per day. Stayed for only 1 night and was very impressed. Beds comfortable with excellent shower/bathroom. Breakfast included, adequate from full English cooked breakfast to fruit, yogurt, cereals, cakes. tea/coffee and juices
