Modern Classic Hotel

very convenient

1st stay at this hotel-usually stay at the Crowne Plaza-Landmark. Location of this hotel is nice, very convenient to shopping. I only chose this hotel because Crowne Plaza was booked due to the Canton Fair & this was a last minute business trip. The lobby set up is nice & very simple to check in. Room had a musty smell but that could be from my nose inhaling the strong smell of perfume from the hallway. Room was clean, normal set up for a hotel but there was a white stain on the brown carpet right next to the bed. Not quite sure what that would be.... The overhead shower head didn't work so that was a disappointment. Also, if you are not Chinese or don't understand Chinese, forget about watching tv. Every single channel is in Chinese! For being a hotel, you would think there would be at least ONE channel in another language. Last thing-If you speak English don't expect to talk to many people for a long conversation. The employees are very limited in English. I called to ask a question about the phone and they had to transfer me two times and even with the third person it took me over 5 minutes just to ask if "Local calls were free" because I wanted to order delivery. Overall if you don't need to talk to anyone or watch tv, this hotel wasn't bad. My next trip to Shenzhen will not be at this hotel unless everything else in town is sold out.

Got a free upgrade to my favourite digital room upon check-in. Hooorrrraayyyy!! 5th time stay in this hotel, this hotel still leave a good image/impression for me to return if i will to be at shenzhen. Location: directly opposite Wan Xiang Cheng(one of the better shopping mall - classy) and 3-4mins walk to Grand Hyatt Shenzhen.

It's my third time to this hotel. The room makes ppl feel comfortable , esp the bed . And it has free movie shown on TV which is good. But the efficiency of service is really not quite well . I have to re-call twice and wait quite a long time until the staff come help us fix the tv and air-con. And the price is gradually getting higher , so I think this is not really worthy now as this hotel doesn't have any facilities . Not even an iPod player at the room . But I will suggest to those tourist who wanna stay around 萬象城

住在这里很方便，对面就是万象城。酒店房间宽敞舒适。住了几次，以后还会继续选择这里。

地點很好，地鐵出口及萬象城對面。房間都整潔， 服務很好，送贈新鮮生果盤及朱古力

服務質素，回復水準

今次因事只能於深夜一时到前台辦理入住，但前台同事在沒有詳細跟進的情況下，只告訴我沒收到訂單，並且就算收到了也不可能有房間，因已經早已停止接受訂房。雖然我已告前台同事我已於早前成功訂房並已被扣款成功，前台同事也只要求我自行與Hotel.com了解。由於已經是深夜，已經沒有懂華語的同事，巧的是前台的英語也不成，結果又由我做翻譯。處理了將近一个半小时。其間Hotel.com沒有酒店的電郵地址，双方爭論已否確認訂單。最终Hotel.com傳真了Hotel.com的電郵後，前台同事才发现真的有我的確認，只是他們忘記了因刚过了零晨，他們應該翻看早一天的記錄。只能說訓練不足和關懷度不夠，失望。

Room Service 不錯，房間舒適，如果有陽台就更好了！大廳服務給人感覺冷冰冰的，明顯管理不到位！真的要改進阿！對面就是萬象城，吃飯逛街還蠻方便的！到羅湖打車只要不到20元，地鐵站也不遠，酒店地點算是相當方便。
