Location is amazing really relaxing and out of the way. Beautiful rooms (chalets)

Sehr ruhig und schön im Wald gelegen. Schöner Pool.

Personal und Management nicht professionell. Ausstattung der Küche im Appartement war mangelhaft. Handtücher wurden entfernt und nicht getauscht. Essenspreis wurde willkürlich verdoppelt. Schlechte Zufahrt.

"THE BEST STAY IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACE WITH THE BEST TEAM RUNNING THE ESTATE! We would love to come back!"

Hands down, the best place we’ve ever stayed in! So peaceful and with such amazing staff! The cottages are HUGE! The whole estate is very well maintained! Everyone is very friendly! Simran and Davay (apologies if I didn’t get the right spelling) and Shyam were so accommodating. No request was too much for them! You can also organise drivers through them and that was also very easy to do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Enjoyed walking in the cardamom farm within the property and seeing how the cardamom was dried and prepared Very friendly and helpful staff Beautiful peaceful setting and a lovely pool and gym

Access road was in poor repair and many roadworks to get there

"Un bel endroit reposant"

Le cadre est magnifique : arbres, fleurs, animaux, oiseaux, jardin soigné Les chambres sont des petites maisons individuelles et sont extrêmement spacieuses, et très propres. Nous avons apprécié d’être au calme. Nous avions hésité avec un logement à Munnar même mais quand on a vu la ville, être à l’écart est beaucoup mieux, même si ça impose de prendre des tuk tuk ou des taxis pour se déplacer Le personnel est très attentionné et le gérant nous a aidé dans l’organisation de nos visites sur place (programme, transports…) Nous avons petit déjeuné et dîné sur place, et c’était très bon. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux.

"Lush and cosy cottages in a spice farm"

We loved that the Cottage location is literally part of a spice farm. You were able to enjoy a great view from our room and, at the same time, walk around and enjoy the green surroundings. Furthermore, the owners will try their best to make you feel welcomed. The dinner service is a must: we enjoyed a home cooked dinner made out with fresh ingredients and brough directly to our cottage.

No negative comments. Just a heads up to rethink the indications to access the place, especially at the entrance gate.
