Commodore Hotel Busan

Awesome hotel. Welcoming staff and a good location. Close to bus lines and a main subway. Not far from the international airport also. Very cheap, and great amenities in the hotel. Highly recommended!

広くてよかったです。

The hotel from the outside looks amazing and the lobby and decor is beautiful. However, the smell reminds me of a musty old public library - not of a hotel. The room was spacious with a seating area but the carpet is stained and really needs a deep clean to bring out the color. The old smell still lingers. The airconditioning doesn't cool the room even after leaving it on for most of the day. I slept without the duvet blanket to keep me cool.

사실 기대를 하지않았는데, 직원과의 첫 대면부터 좋았다. 전 일정을 하루하루 서로 다른 곳으로 설정한 것을 후회하였습니다. 재 방문의사가 매우 높아요. 부산 코모도호텔 아주 만족했습니다. 강력한 추천드립니다.

スタッフの対応はとても良かった。 皆さん日本語の対応もでき良かったし丁寧でした。 フィトネスルームのトレーニング器具が古く少ない。

RUN AWAY! I have traveled a lot, but this hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Where to start, as there are so many things to say: We asked to book an additional night, which we paid for. The next day, surprise, our initial reservation for 2 nights had been modified, and we were asked to pay an extra fee in order to honor the second night we had already paid for via Booking. Clearly, the staff misunderstood our initial request, and no commercial gesture was offered. Instead, we had to face the contempt of the manager, who did not take responsibility for the mistake made by her staff. No sense of service — we had to carry our luggage up to the room ourselves despite asking for help. Beyond the general dilapidation of the room (the exterior looks nice, but it’s an old establishment where the rooms are in dire need of renovation), the cleaning was unacceptable. There was hair on the pillows, dirty bathroom joints, the bathroom door half-painted, and worst of all, blood on the floor and walls. Paying to sleep on what looked like a crime scene was definitely not part of my plans. To top it off, it was not indicated anywhere that we would need to pay an extra fee to access the swimming pool… and what a pool it was. I honestly don’t know how the star rating system works in Korea, but this hotel was nowhere near a 4-star standard.

부산 여기저기 접근성이 좋았어요. 새로운 경험이었습니다. 언덕위에 있어서 대중교통 이용할때는 조금 걸어야되요. 부산은 홍콩처럼 경사가 있네요.

My husband found this hotel and was amazed by its interiors. Interiors are still very impressive, mixing traditional Korean motives with modern trands. There was also a very nice view. Thus if you are interested in hotels with unusual design, I would recommend you to stop here.

Hotel could use some renovation - some of the furniture pieces are a bit damaged, and there was an intense noise in the pipes that was disturbing at night. There was also dust in certain places, like window and the wardrobe, the bath had a few scratches.
