Staff amazing, rooms clean nice pool area and great location

Nice location, pleasant staff, balcony to sit on for morning coffee was a bonus.

room was a little musty smelling when we first arrived, but freshened up after we open windows etc.

The location was close to everything and the concierge staff were very helpful and friendly. They arranged cars for us to get around at reasonable prices and were very happy to answer questions. Good free WiFi in the rooms!

They got one of our room reservations wrong, asked for 2 single beds and got 1 double. They didn't offer to fix it either. The rooms had no windows which we knew, but they had mildew and smelled like old damp which upset my asthma badly, so if you're sensitive be wary. The bathrooms didn't drain well and weren't really that clean with mold and mildew as well. Zero phone service in the rooms, you have to use the WiFi. Only stairs everywhere.

Es war die dreckigste Unterkunft der gesamten Reise! Erstes Zimmer: Haare auf dem Boden, Ablagefläche klebrig und dreckig, fleckige Bettwäsche, Schimmelgestank, abgerissener Klodeckel. Auf Beschwerde zweites Zimmer, etwas weniger Schimmelgeruch, Restzustand eigentlich identisch, Klodeckel diesmal nicht abgerissen, dafür beim ersten Händewaschen Teile des Wasserhahns in der Hand! Erneutes Putzen des Zimmers auf Nachdruck. Manager war anwesend, hat sich aber nicht blicken lassen. Blick in die Frühstückstküche: Eiern lagern auf dem Klo….
