The resort is relatively small, but it is beautifully designed and offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay as it felt private, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is also very convenient, with several seafood restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I loved the experience and would happily stay here again.

Das Villa Aria ist ein außergewöhnlich schönes, sehr komfortables, ruhiges und gut organisiertes Hotel in sehr guter Lace in MuiNe. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und kompetent, die Anlage bestens gepflegt. Der Außblick von der sehr sauberen Poolanlage zum Strand und Meer ist gigabtisch. Beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlt es an nichts, die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr großzügig und stilvoll aushestattet. Wer in MuiNe ein großartiges, kleines und feines Hotel sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

The nicest thing about the property remains the pool and the gardens. Small beach is also good. Overall the property is clean.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and have repeatedly raised the same issues. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. There is a clear and ongoing lack of management attention and accountability. 1. Basic guest experience issues ignored The use of heavily scented detergent on towels is unacceptable. The smell is overpowering and unpleasant. This is not standard practice in quality hotels and has been raised before - yet continues unchanged. 2. Service culture is fundamentally broken With one notable exception - Mai, who demonstrates genuine service attitude - the staff across reception, poolside, and restaurant appear untrained and disengaged. They do not greet guests, do not initiate interaction, do not anticipate needs, and show little interest in customer experience. Many staff members have been there for years, which suggests this is not a training gap but a deeply ingrained culture problem. 3. Restaurant failure despite strong potential The restaurant space itself is attractive, but it is effectively non-functional due to poor service: * Breakfast is extremely basic, lacking quality fruit and offering only local-style coffee with no proper alternatives. * Cocktail service is substandard - staff lack the skills to prepare even basic drinks properly. * Most critically: the service is so uninviting that guests simply avoid the restaurant altogether. During the April 30 holiday, when the hotel was fully booked, the restaurant remained completely empty. That is not a demand issue - it is a management failure. (Photos available.) 4. Housekeeping is the only consistent strength Rooms are clean and housekeeping performs well. However, bedding is noticeably aging and due for replacement. 5. Absentee management I have never seen the owner or manager present on-site. This raises a fundamental question: how can leadership understand or improve the guest experience if they are not experiencing it themselves?

Es un hotel pequeño y tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse. Nos gustó mucho como tienen cuidadas las instalaciones y la zona de la la piscina y fácil acceso a la playa.

Es war der Hammer, Pool direkt am Meer und vor unserem Zimmer. Super sauber alles, inkl. Strand. Das war ein Mega schöner Aufenthalt mit einem freundlichen Team. Ein Paradies 🩷

Отдыхаем в этом отелей не в первый раз. В нем особая аура. Отдых в это отеле - это полнейший релакс. Территория великолепная. Как будто живешь в джунглях. Все рядом и бассейн и завтрак и море. В номере все продуманно. Полотенца благоухают.

Однообразный завтрак. Он вкусный и его хватает, но абсолютно однообразный. Кроме того у нас отсутствовали русскоязычные каналы ТВ. Обещали разобраться с компанией связи, но так и не решили проблему. Жуткая ситуация с питьевой водой в номере. В номерах ставят по две бутылки воды, но многоразовых. бутылки каждый день заполняют водой. Но откуда берут воду - неизвестно. При этом вода на вкус соленая. Одним словом мы ее не пили, а использовали больше для технических целей, а для питья покупали воду в магазинах рядом с отелем. По воде - это позор для отеля. Такое ощущение, что мы живем в условиях резкой нехватки питьевой воды на земле.
