The rooms are big, but they have been maintained very poorly. The entire building itself looks like falling if something not done on priority. You cannot say the room was good just because it was big. All the 4 walls of the room and the ceiling had patches. It has lot of antique paintings and artifacts, but what is the use if not maintained well. There are in terrible condition. There was no breakfast provided. The pool was so dirty that we could see algae in the water by just standing close to the pool. The entire water was green. Disappointed

If you are going to visit north goa and searching for budget friendly hotel then this hotel is best for you , resort dont have many facilities but care taker and reception guy is excellent , parking is available, calangute beach and candolim beach are 2-3 km away and bagha becah is 1.3 km away. I got this hotel in 5700 for 5 days so check your price before selecting
