公園が目の前なので窓からの景色はよかったです。

シャワーの水圧が足りなかった

We loved the location opposite the park. We really enjoyed walking through and playing in the park, as well as the spectacular views of the park and the mountains beyond from our room. It was worth it just for those views. There was a subway station and convenience store in easy walking distance, although getting our luggage to and from the station with the snow on the footpaths was a little tricky. If you're there in winter, it might be worthwhile getting a taxi from the main station if you have large luggage. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was loads of space to put all our things. We travelled as our family of 2 adults and 3 children. I was worried about having only 4 beds, however an adult was comfortably able to share with our 4 year old. The beds seemed like a king single size. We're not sure if there were many restaurants around, we usually ate before we came home, or just picked up a convenience store dinner to have in our room.

We arrived at 1pm, with check in at 3pm. We asked the concierge if our room was ready yet, but it didn't seem like the concierge made much effort to check. It took a lot of exchanges for them to contact someone to see if it was ready. It may have been a language barrier, however it should be standard if you arrive within a couple of hours of check in to see if the room is ready yet. All of the other concierges we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We would have been happy to reuse our towels, however there was nowhere to hang them so we were forced to put them on the floor and have them replaced. Likewise, we didn't need fresh sheets every day, just the beds made, however there was not way to communicate this to the staff. Some of the carpet floor tiles were coming up and one was missing.

清潔で快適でした。 入口から入ると広い玄関的なスペースがあって便利でした。

洗面所、トイレ、バスタブが狭い空間にあり、洗顔や歯磨きがやりにくかった。

4泊滞在でしたが　初日悪臭が酷く　洗面所の排水溝からの臭いが臭く２日目フロントに伝える。　掃除をしてくれたみたいですが、やはり臭いは完全に消えませんでした。
