Perfect location and the staff are amazing

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It is within walking distance of the riverside, Royal Palace, National Museum, and the local wet market. We stayed in the Riverside Loft, which was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The view over the Tonle Sap River and the weekend walking street below was excellent and added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted us with booking the Kanika boat trip and also arranged our taxi back to Siem Reap. Grab deliveries are allowed at the hotel, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The room was well equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and coffee/tea sachets with creamer and sugar. The hotel also provides basic toiletries. On weekends, the road below is converted into a walking street, so it can get a bit noisy. However, we did not find it disruptive to our sleep. In fact, it was quite convenient to simply walk downstairs and explore the market stalls and shops set up along the street.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff impressed me very positively. The hotel is very conveniently located; many things are within walking distance. For the price, the hotel is very well equipped.

The hotel does not offer breakfast. However, you can get it at a reasonable price at the Lucky Corner Restaurant (20 meters away).
