Friendliness.

The inconvenience of only solar backup meant still loadshedding. Tv not working. For 5 star rating it is a bit wornout

The room was so clean.It was smelling good. Free Wi-Fi 😊 😃. I was super excited hey.Friendly lady who welcomed us with a beautiful broad smile 😃. Baie dankie.

The dstv channels were not playing, only channel 100. Things for tea were limited. There was no hot in the morning or maybe we didn't know how to operate taps.But maybe it was due to loadshedding.

Nice and quiet. Safe parking, very kind manager, great breakfast! And a very late checkout was granted as our flight only left at midnight from OR Tambo.
