Almost clean and staff was friendly, but I wanted a door at shower space.

Pros: friendly staff , clean spacious room Cons: location is a boring 15 min walk from major shopping malls etc. gym is a dusty storage room full of broken equipments.

Hotel ‘s neet & clean guest friendly hotel but little bit distance to beach nice hotel staff and very big hotel room are also good best for families Nice lobby Hotel is large staff are very preicious to help

Friendly hotel with decent size pool.

I stayed in this hotel in new year vacation with my family. It was booked by the the travel agency as part of the tour package. The good part of the hotel is that it is a spacious, rooms are clean and tidy and internet was good, The breakfast is average - not so good and not too bad. However, it is kind of old property and the furniture (table and desks) are too old and needs maintenance. Overall, it is OK hotel

Great hotel for the price , 5 minute walk to terminal 21 shopping center , 20 minute songtel ride to pattaya beach , big rooms comfortable and clean ... no complaints at all

There is nothing that can be said great about the hotel except that it is old colonial style hotel with lots of wood work whihc needs to be looked into. The hotel is quaint and speaks of the bygone era. Must be exceptional in its time. There is nothing bad about the place except it gives a feeling of eerieness. The staff can do with some smile on their face. That is the basic courtsey of the hospitality industry

This hotel is a really really good hotel...the room was so neat and clean and well equipped...especially the beds were really comfortable... breakfast spread was great... swimming pool was nice..the whole hotel was tastefully decorated.. helpful staff.. extremely happy and satisfied to stay here

Hotel quite far to the beach at around 20 minutes by walk. Nothing in the arounds. Possibilities for some good food for cheap once you are in the small market next to the beach with fresh fish and fruits. In the booking, they was a free breakfast indication but you had to pay for breakfast.

I have visited several times in pattaya. I stayed here last 2 of my visites. It's very cheap in cost. So, rooms are not so big or very well furnished but very closed to Walking street. This is a guest friendly hotel & receiptionest are very well behaving & helpful minded with a big smile.
