Detta hotell har antagligen tidigare varit ett fint o välskött Hotel där man direkt åtgärdade skador och slitna detaljer i hotellets alla rum och områden Tyvärr var det inte längre så vilket känns tråkigt på ett 4 stjärnigt Hotel med ett kanonläge vid stranden . Frukost buffén var riktigt bra .Tyvärr var de kvällar som hotellet ordnade middagar med uppträdande ingen succé och hade ganska dåligt med bokningar och som jag tror berodde på en ganska tråkig och idéfattig meny och som ledningen borde uppmärksammat tidigare . Ingen skugga ska falla på all personal som verkligen gjorde allt för att alla gästerna skulle trivas . De var verkligen underbara

Nice place to relax and enjoy perfect weather. Clean rooms and hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good lacation and short taxidrive to walking street. Perfect beach to walk in the morning before breakfast. Peaceful beach- perfect! We like it!

Direkter Meer Zugang und Pools sind super. Bequeme Liegemöglichkeiten am Meer. Alles scheint etwas älter zu sein und wirkt deshalb etwas schmutzig.

Amazing stay at the beautiful property. We loved our stay there with our 6 month old - perfect for a family holidays!

Our 2nd time staying at Lanta Sands Resort & Spa, really friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, our room A001, was spacious & spotlessly clean with all amenities that you could possibly need, great choice for breakfast, plentiful sun beds so never had a problem when we chose to sunbathe, we enjoyed the onsite spa for several relaxing massages which were great value in peaceful surroundings Overall excellent location on a beautiful beach, with plenty of options of restaurants nearby Highly recommend Lanta Sands, we will definitely be back next year

Excellent hotel with helpful staff and nice pool areas. Right on a beautiful beach. Drinks at the beachfront bar worth skipping as not very good and rooms could do with a bit of touch up work even though very comfortable

Arrived 13:30 Room not ready , No real direction of where to go. Found the beach no sun beds. Went for a swim and was rapidly stung by Sea lice , which apparently is normal around here ! Nice to know We have checkout non refundable but now off To phi phi If you don't want to go swimming or have use of a sun beds this is the place for you

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. We stayed in room 1006 which is a swimup room. The children slept in a separate part of the room that could be screened off with a wall. There are a few small things that need to be refreshed, but absolutely nothing that bothers you. Or well, the gym needs to be fix as quite a few things were broken. The breakfast was quite okay. There are bread, pancakes, waffles, an egg station where they make omelets to order, juice, coffee, tea, fruits, etc. I really want to give a shout out to Merry at the front desk. That man really does everything to make the guests comfortable and feel good. We will miss him.

There are a lot of "resorts" in Thailand that are more of a hotel vibe, this one in particular provided an amazing resort experience. Staff are helpful, happy, and smiling all the time. Breakfast and dinner experience were great. Facility is well maintained and clean. Rooms are incredibly spacious and super clean. The beach is spectacular and there are a bunch of restaurants that are beach front you can definitely enjoy, one of our favorite ones are the Suzahut and the sunset restaurant. The sunset is absolutely beautiful. Massages are fantastic. Laundry service is timely and exceptional. They also have good evening entertainment which is a plus if you don't want to go out exploring other places. Overall we had a wonderful experience. This resort is great for couples and families. Thank you so much Lanta Sand, you are incredible. Please keep up with your outstanding service!

We stayed at this resort ten years ago and were excited to go back but unfortunately 10 years has taken its toll on this hotel. The grounds are very unkept, there are multiple health and safety issues including piles of broken wood and nails around the resort and steps to the beach missing an actual step so it’s a huge drop. We had a family room with a pool. Again it was ok but really needs modernising The buildings need some care and attention. It’s a real shame how this has been left as it could be amazing. We actually left mid stay and went to a different hotel
