My booking was cancelled when I reached there. I was told by staff unpaid bookings get cancelled automatically at 11am. Apparently, when I had asked for 11am check-in, I was denied. I changed my plans and called before arriving to inform my check-in time of around 1pm, everything seemed fine till than. I had to book another property at higher price just because of this. It's really a scam just to show lower prices on aggregator sites and deny reservations because of one reason or another. Sorry, but I am never using Booking.com ever again.

bed bugs in 4th floor rooms, we were scared like anything. Informed the staff midnight Mr. Tarun gave us a new room but was terrified from the experience

Everything was fine but bed may be are now getting older. Staffs are good. I have a feedback for the breakfast though, the eggs were tiny and looks like they made two servings with just one egg. When you have regular staffs, please make your breakfast rich.
