The hotel is accessible from the underground walkway exit via the sitte building. (Exit 3 BIG SIGN) just take the escalator up and cross a street. Don’t really need to travel above ground especially during winter. Has an onsen for travellers to relax at end of day. Also it is near a family mart along the same street.

The tv selection should be improved with more variety to cater for international travellers. Majority of offerings are Japanese channels.
