This hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its location and overall layout, but unfortunately it feels quite run down at the moment. With proper maintenance and attention to detail, it could be a really nice place to stay. The staff were generally polite, however communication was difficult as English is very limited, which made even simple requests challenging at times. Improving basic English skills would greatly enhance the guest experience. The pool area was disappointing. It was not kept clean or tidy, with visible signs of neglect. Regular cleaning and better upkeep are definitely needed. Overall, this property could be much better with improved maintenance, staff training, and cleanliness. Right now, it falls short of what it could be.

Hotel muy centrico pero sin ruido. La atención del personal es excelente asi como su precio. La limpieza y el confort estan muy bien teniendo en cuenta los estandares de Camboya. La piscina y la zona de tumbonas es pequeña pero confortable. La habitación amplia y te hacen mla habitacion cada dia. Cambio de toallas, agua y lo que quieras diario. Desayuno correctisimo. Tienen todo tipo de servicios a muy buen precio: alquiler motos, lavadora 1$/kg, tours, tuktuk, cafe, etc Es sin duda un acierto venir
