Concorde Moreen Beach Resort

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We were celebrating our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, they even surprised us with a beautiful wedding cake, which truly touched our hearts ❤️. The atmosphere at the resort was warm and welcoming. The pool bar team was always friendly and cheerful, making us feel relaxed and cared for. The staff at the restaurant were really amazing, they were so kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. Honestly, every single person working in the hotel restaurants was polite, professional, and genuinely kind. It was a memorable experience from start to finish. We really appreciated how welcoming and helpful the reception team was—they made everything smooth and easy from the moment we arrived. They also served us with a special two lunch boxes when our stay is finished ❤️. Wagdy, in particular, was exceptionally kind and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, every person we met at the resort was polite, professional, and genuinely kind. It was a memorable experience from start to finish.

We got a suite for nothing. Or maybe they took pity on us because the airline changed our flight and lost our luggage.

La struttura é tenuta bene. Siamo stati a gennaio e faceva anche molto caldo tanto che si poteva fare il bagno. Abbiamo anche usufruito del centro immersioni per le escursioni (un po’ costoso per lo snorkeling) che si trova all’interno del resort. Cibo buono e buffet ben fornito (forse meglio il buffet del ristorante italiano). Anche il centro massaggi positivo con prezzi nella norma. Personale molto gentile, soprattutto Saad che parla l’italiano benissimo.

Enorm bevallen. Appartrement aan de zee. Heerlijk gegeten. Elke dag snorkelen. Vriendelijk personeel. Elke dag werd ons bed op een bijzondere manier opgemaakt. Een absolute aanrader.

Since our arrival, when we met Mr Saad, everything was great. With his kindness he made our holidays memorable, helping and supporting us in every need. As booking.com customers we received a very appreciated upgrade to a fantastic suite perfectly located and with a fantastic seaview. The clean beach is quite enjoyable both for wind protection and white sand that allows the bath. Over the pier is possible to have nice snorkeling sessions. A special remarks to the gym trainer/physiotherapist and SPA representative, very enjoyable. Gym well furnished and good spa. Very good food with a comprehensive variety at the main restaurant for every slot. Many thanks to Hassan, Bahaa and Aladdin at the restaurant and to the barbecue's chef Mahmood. Really thank you!

Italian restaurant definitely improvable. Seafood dinner also need some more attention. A bit too pushy the team from beauty salon.
