Hoi An Garden Villas

We had an exceptional stay for one month. Excellent service, care, great facilities all made us feel very welcome. Na, the receptionist, was outstanding who attended everything efficiently.. This is our third visit to Hoi An Garden Villas and we will return. Perfectly located between the old town and beach, it is just the best place to stay.

Pool, size of rooms, friendliness of staff and owners, and Tinh and Bear.

Lovely little hotel, had a family atmosphere. The manager Na is just lovely, so helpful and attentive. No big buffet breakfast like big chain hotels, small menu but everything made freshly for you and the food was great. The hotel is a bit far away to walk to the ancient town but taxi's and Grab's were easy to get and cheap. Nice little restaurant and a mini mart at the end of the street which was helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable. Laundry is very cheap to get done too.

From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff, Mrs Na, made my stay in Hoi An truly memorable. Her dedication to ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience was evident in every interaction. She was not only a helpful concierge but also a local culinary guide, providing invaluable tips on the best food spots in town. Her recommendations led me to some of the most delightful dining experiences I've had in Vietnam. Moreover, Mrs Na provided assistance with arranging transportation, managing taxi bookings, giving info regarding tickets for local attractions greatly enhanced my travel experience. I am grateful for her attention. Really enjoyed my bicycle rides provided by the Hotel and the pool was a great plus. Breakfast and room were great too! I will come back!

The friendliness and helpfulness of the host. Great recommendations, always smiling and happy to help. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bikes really useful to explore and A Bang beach a short cycle away.

Second visit here, very well maintained since our last visit in 2015. Very friendly lady, good English, local recommendations, prepares breakfast and deals with check in and out. Very clean. Hot water on demand. Large room with plenty of storage including long hanging space. We didn't have the room we booked but preferred the upper floor with its private balcony (although we would have preferred the walk in shower rather than over bath) Laundry was returned the same day. Quiet area within good walking distance to the old town /beach etc. We were able to swap books (first place of four so far where this was possible ) We could pay by card (plus 3 percent) Lovely pool and garden area.

The shower curtain needs to be longer.

A basic setting but the manager makes up for that.

Everything was super comfy and nice, very kind host, who explained us everything in detail, free bikes renting, tasty breakfast, cleaning every day, nice swimming pool, really beautiful and spatious room. It's definitely one of my fav staying with booking. I would love to come back!!
