Hong was very good employee. She helped us move room when it was not very good the first time.

Unfortunately our first room looked nothing like the photos, we had to stay in it for 1 night but Hong helped us move into a different room afterwards

Lokalizacja i basen na dachu, który stanowił fajne uzupełnienie oferty.

Najbardziej zaskoczyło mnie wybiórcze przygotowanie pokoju podczas kolejnych dni pobytu. Zapominano o wymianie ręczników, o dostarczeniu papieru toaletowego. Co ciekawe, pamiętano natomiast o codziennej nowej saszetce kawy i herbaty, przy czym w pokoju nie było czajnika😆

Я надеялся на спа, баню, бассейн и спортзал. Бассейн был грязный, спортзал устаревший и маленький, спа не работало. Баня работала только 1 раз. Мы уехали и нашли место в 1000% лучше. В номер было очень душно, интернет практически не работает.
