Staff was very helpful and all the amenities were provided. Location was not too far from the station and had quite a few shops around.

The pillows and beds were quite hard. Toilet was very loud and flushed whenever you sat down. Breakfast was before 9:20 which is very early.

Not much… staff were very helpful

Rooms too small, no air con (which is a must) only heating worked. This hotel has past its prime.

"Protruding urine smell"

Helpful staff

The bathroom smelled like urine and there was mold in the corner of the room. Room was very small but expected from this type of facility.
