"Very friendly staff in a nice area with plenty explore."

The staff greeted me every time I entered or left the hotel and were very friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, and close to hotel amenities like Laundry, vending machines, and the common area. The hotel is also close to shops and restaurants.

The laundry machines were a bit confusing and took 4 or 5 cycles in the dryer before my clothes were completely dry.

"Good for a short stay."

The double bed was a little bit small, but okay. There was also a small refrigerator. This could be useful in summer. Good value for money, friendly service staff, gladly again.

If you have heavy luggage it is difficult to climb the stairs to the reception. Inside there is a lift. And although it is near the station, with big suitcase, the hotel seems sooo far away.

The hotel is within walking distance of the train station. Very clean room, and we enjoyed the simple but satisfying breakfast. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic view of Mount Fuji from the hotel room! The bed was a little small, but we had a good night sleep anyway.
