The hotel has a very good location, especially convenient for those traveling by car. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and cooperative, which made the stay pleasant from the start. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable environment, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety of international options.

The room was a bit small, and the bathroom design could be improved, as the glass partition in the shower lacks sufficient privacy, which can be uncomfortable, especially for families with children. The bed was not very comfortable, as it caused some back discomfort after a full night’s sleep. The TV is limited and does not include popular apps like YouTube, as it appears to be a hotel-based system with only basic live channels. Some expected amenities such as a sauna or wellness facilities are not available. Additionally, the swimming pool is outdoor, which makes it less practical to use during cold weather. Regarding transportation, while the public transport card is provided, the process could be more convenient. Even though my email was provided, I had to manually enter all family details through a separate link, which could have been handled directly by the hotel. The breakfast was generally good, but the options were somewhat basic, with limited protein choices that would better support a full day of activities and walking in the city center.
