Staff are lovely

Is very polluted and a bit far out of town

Breakfast was fantastic and staff during the breakfast was very help and friendly.

We checked in around 10 pm for three rooms, but the receptionist initially claimed that children were not included in the room rate and that we’d need to pay extra. After about 20 minutes of discussion, the staff confirmed that kids were indeed included. Unfortunately, our rooms weren’t ready until midnight, and they didn’t match what we had booked. The next morning, I shared constructive feedback with the manager, who was understanding and ensured we received the correct rooms. While I appreciated his help, overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families.

Everything was super. All very good the staff, food, service, size of the room and bathroom, view, location. No complaints at all.

The carpet in the hallway had weird patches - made it look unclean/soiled (4th floor). But my room was super super clean, rest of the hotel too.

My stay at the Pllazio Hotel was exceptional. From clean rooms courtesy of Mustofa who very sweetly handled all the extra requests for our room, to our servers in the restaurant especially Shalini and Bhawan to the front of the house and bell desk staff. This hotel was one of reasons that made our experience in Delhi unforgettable.
