The housekeepomg and cncierge serves were excellent

There are no facilities for business working during the day. Our room was surrounded by wedding guests who knocked on our door by mistake, were up befoe six and late taking loudly in the corridor. A more judicisous room allocation woud have helped Breakfasts were disappoin ting

cleanliness was noticeably poor especially under the bed, definitely hadnt been cleaned in quite a while. Bed sheets had hairs from another on them and the floors were filthy. corridors had mouldy walls.

the poor level of cleanliness and overall facilities are no where near 5 star as advertised.
