Property Notes

The seasonal pool will be open from March 20 to October 31. Pool access available from 9 AM to 9 PM.Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Up to 2 children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).

"Exceptional"

The hotel itself is great, the staff is super nice, the facilities are great and the breakfast is great. If one facility should improve: the kids room isn’t great, there isn’t much to do for them there. The biggest negative was the location, the hotel is quite isolated, the beach (in the spring) wasn’t great and dining options are limited if you don’t get out by car or bus.

部屋に入ったら変な匂いがしました。 近くの飲食店、コンビニに行くためにはバスに乗らなければいけなくて不便でした。 プールはゆっくりできてよかったです。

周辺にレストランが少ないのが唯一の難点です。他は良かったと思います。沖縄なので、やっぱりオーシャンビューの部屋はおすすめです。

フロントの方の対応がとても良く、追加料金の交渉に応じて下さりロイヤルスィートに部屋を変更出来て素晴らしい4泊の時間を過ごせました。 他のスタッフも皆さんとても良い人達でした。 最近ホテルに宿泊しても人員不足を感じてましたが、此方のホテルはスタッフも多くて対応も早く不備を感じることが全くなかったです。 毎年沖縄に旅行に行くのですが、今まではずっと恩納村にだったのですが空港も近いし主要名所にはバスも出てるのでとても便利でした。

We utilized the shopping area, the morning Japanese a la carte breakfast and the business/VIP lounge. All very good. We had a rental car and parking was right beside the building. We went off site for dinners as we had the car and many drivable options nearby
