Excellent location, and everything you need for a comfortable stay in Belgrade. Even accommodated for a late check-out at a reasonable cost, which was helpful for a later flight.

Some staff was friendly - particularly the cleaners, but reception was a little more mixed.

Some staff members clearly lack hospitality. I think breakfast menu could offer more to vegetarian options. Also hotel mentioned about complimentary tea/coffee but it was just for 1 day and that too we have to do ourselves. They also mentioned complimentary upgrade if available but I feel they were not willing to give that.

Location was nice, place was very clean and the room was spacious

The ironing of clothes is additionally paid and you need to put your clothes in a bag so they can be ironed. Too much trouble for an ironing.

Soba velika , čista, sa svim potrebnim asesoarom.. Kupatilo prostrano.. Osoblje jako ljubazno. Hotel starog šmeka , nadomak centra, a moderno uređene sobe.

The hotel is very close to the bus stop that comes from the airport (then on that is free) and very close to the city center. The breakfast is quite nice and the rooms are spacious and comfortably adequate. It doesn't have much soundproofing, even though it's not in the noisiest part of the city. The receptionists are very attentive, especially Aleksandar, who was tireless, very friendly, and gave us lots of guidance and tips.
