We had a wonderful stay at Kopernikus Hotel Prag. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning, cable TV, and excellent Wi-Fi. One thing that really stood out was the housekeeping service. The staff were incredibly efficient. Every morning, as soon as we left for breakfast, the room would be cleaned and refreshed by the time we returned. The hotel is also conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from the center of Belgrade, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast was top-class, with a great variety of options and everything you need to start the day on the right foot. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade.

The room was satisfactory. The aircon was very loud. One tea bg and one coffee was not adequat. The promise of a welcome coffee was not kept. The discount of 15% on food in the restaruiant was not honoured.

A hotel should be able to suply a local map showing the town. The hotel should have been able to willingly supply infomration about bus routes and times. The bar ran out of ice saying the ice machine had brken down. I was given the general feeling that some of the staff didn't want to be bothered to be helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Kopernikus Hotel Prag and would highly recommend it. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making the entire experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request. Their professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference and made me feel valued as a guest. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations thanks to its cleanliness, outstanding service, great location and great breakfast. I would happily stay here again in the future.
