Super Appartement mit viel Platz. Toller Pool, toller Hobby-Raum, alle waren nett, man kann zu Fuß alles Wichtige wie Shops und Restaurants erreichen.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche mit Besteck und Töpfen, etc. ist soweit okay, allerdings wäre es super, wenn es eine Grundausstattung zum Kochen gäbe, also ein paar Gewürze und Öl.

The location is so great. Very central to everything. The property is beautiful. The 2 bedroom suite was so spacious.

They were always out of pool towels. The beds were horribly hard and uncomfortable. There were no directions on what to do with our trash. There was no wifi connection for the televisions in bedrooms. I inquired on how to fix it but they just offered to send up maintenance but it was 9pm and half my family was asleep. I didn’t bother asking again.

Power was out for an excessive amount of time. Lack of service offerings and food.

High quality decor and spacious rooms. Excellent game room with pool and card tables. Great coffee and hot chocolate dispenser in the lobby area. All rooms have a fireplace and some rooms have stunning lake views.

No house keeping provided during a four day stay.

Always wanted to stay here but they always sold out. I finally got a booking for it. If you already living in a nice home, it should be exactly the same. But if you staying in older house or apartment, it will be an upgrade. We stayed in 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. It is nice and have a full kitchen. No seasoning though. It also has a washer and dryer but they are loud. Right at the entrance of the Big Bear Village and maybe 10 mins or less to Snow Summit.

The play room is a bit too simple. Should include a Arcade room and a bar.
