Nice room and location

No housekeeping. Had to go to lobby for fresh towels, toilet paper, coffee,etc. Front desk staff were not friendly.

The room was 5 star all the way. We had a balcony overlooking Big Bear Lake. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, washer & Dryer, a fireplace AND a garage on the ground floor. Everything was amazing. We were within a 4 or 5 minute walk to downtown, filled with shops and bars & restaurants, and a 15 minute walk to Big Bear Lake
