The worst experience i ever had here for my 4 days 3 night stay. Regret booking this hotel.

No so good when thinking about the shower and water stagnant In the toilet

WHETHER IS HOT, FOOD IS EXPENSIVE

The check in experience was unpleasant. The management messed up our booking and spent almost an hour to search/confirm the room. We book for 1 king bed room (2 adults) and 2 king bed room (4 adults). The receptionist says that they are out of 2 king bed room and can only accommodate us with a triple room + extra mattress. We are not very happy with the arrangement as during my booking I paid the price for a quadruple room but were then given a triple room. The management say they could not do anything as it was full house. My opinion is if the hotel runs out of the quadruple room then why my booking still went through? The price for a quadruple room and a triple room with extra mattress definitely are not the same.

My mom n my child feel happy and excited to been there..and never expect that the hotel so nice..and also good for my child to swim at the playground in water..wow..

suspicious room for double bed room, clean, no toiletries so bring your own, bathroom water pressure is good but no hanger for towels

Quiet place even though it's at Cenabg strip..

The place is easy to find. Good place for short stay, especially for those you only need basic facilities from the hotel.

overall nice location, comfortable , can have better room service and food etc.TV remote missing , only local channels

Check-in wait was okay but one room wasn't made up upon checking in. Free wi-fi ONLY at (smallish) front office. The ambiance was more of a hostel rather than a hotel. You can hear the next door neighbour's conversation from the bathroom. If you don't close the curtains, people passing by can see you in the room! The plus factors for this hotel are its low rate and the great surrounding area.
