Cobro de la parrilla y no proporcionan ningún tipo de insumos para la utilización. El sauna no incluye en la estadía. Por el precio que se abona por noche cualquier otro hotel de asuncion incluye ameneties. Menú limitado, no tienen variedad, sin opciones de dulces y ni siquiera tienen lo básico

El personal, la zona de pileta . La ubicación

No limpian la hab si el huésped no avisa . No nos lo dijeron . El baño está deteriorado . El desayuno muy discreto

The spa, the pool ( until the 2nd stay) , beds comfortable!

We arr early am . Told to come back at 3. Totally understand. Came back at 3 room not ready ( 2 of us are compromised , physically) no sense of urgency. However when we convinced them. Room finally got ready. I was promised parking and upon arrival was told it is scrambled ( whoever gets therr 1st ) not acceptable if promised. However they did make it happen.
