The ride we scheduled for pickup at the airport never showed up. Upon arrival and explanation of this, we were compensated by a room upgrade. The in service room food delivery was convenient and tasted great, and the welcome service was superb.

More communication responses through the app to assurance would be ideal.

Fantastic location close to the action at night, but far enough for peace and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay after experiencing some last minute changes to our travel plans and making a late booking to stay in Hue at the Alba Spa Hotel. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, attending to our needs including scooter hire, limousine transport to Hoi An and sharing local food recommendations. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Nothing, only regret was not having time to experience the spa facilities which looked very relaxing!

Probabilmente ai piani bassi il rumore della strada disturba il riposo. Anche al 7 piano lo si udiva.
