It was clean

The availability of smoking rooms..

I had to switch rooms....housekeeping was rude...I was there 5 days I asked the housekeeper who was next door if she could come in a sweep the sand from my beach trip and for fresh towels...long story short I had to get the broom and dust pan and do it myself...also I received towels for another housekeeping that was on another floor and area

There was someone in front of me when I checked in so I had to wait. Totally understandable but then when it was my turn, she gives us a room upstairs. I told her I have a bad knee could I get downstairs. She mumbled something and I never could understand what she was saying so we had to take the upstairs room I thought maybe they are booked solid. Nope! There was only six cars out in the parking lot all night! Did not appreciate that because I had to go up and down the stairs with my knee hurting

Front desk staff was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Still waiting for credit back for just in case additional expenses that was not used

Sufficient for a quick me cost stay.

Nothing to dislike about my stay there! Very reasonably priced.
