Some of the staff take their smoke breaks right in front of the check in office, not cool. I did let front office know the ac was leaking back into the room a bit and the toilet floater was getting stuck.

The motel itself was good. The staff was great, except for the redhead, the regional manager. She was very snooty, as if she was working at the four seasons.

The redhead, as described above. When we checked out, both our rooms were inspected and we were told they didn't even looked lived in. Looked great! When it came time to get our deposits back, which took almost 3 weeks, we were told the rooms had damage. After contacting corporate, we finally got the deposits back but after a lot of bs. Makes me wonder how many people don't pursue this and get scammed out of their deposits.

The staff went above and beyond.

Booking .com messed up my reservation and others as well. Seems to be on going. Im now afraid of future bookings and might go ahead and cancel them.
